A lot of our products are completely handmade so each product description will have a turnaround time listed to let you know how long you should expect for these to be sent out. Unfortunately due to the handmade nature and demand of our products some of our products can have turnaround times of up to 4 or 6 weeks. Please make sure you check your product description if you are concerned about where your order is.

If you really need something by a certain date, we will try our best to accommodate. Please get in touch with us before ordering and we can let you know if we think your date is achievable based on our workload and how long it will take to make your product.

At the moment, orders through our website only ship within Australia, however if you would really like something of ours sent to you outside Australia, please get in touch and we can give you an individual shipping quote.

We sure do! We love offering a free local pick up option for our local customers. We are located in Valentine and will email you with the address when your order is ready to be collected.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of minimum $100.

Yes we are happy to make minor changes to a design, please leave a note at checkout and we will arrange this for you.
