Shipping

Our sustainable products are either held here at Honeycomb Living or directly sourced from the wholesaler or manufacturer  which helps you to have a quicker and more convenient shopping experience and also reduces the carbon footprint for your products by getting them shipped directly to you.

This means that if you have purchased products from different brands, you may receive multiple packages. But who doesn’t love receiving multiple packages in the mail?! Two is always better than one!

In the event of a product you have ordered being out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders within Australia

Currently, we only ship to Australian addresses. If you are located internationally and really interested in our products, please let us know so that we can log your interest and possibly look into a shipping quote for you.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200

Orders below $200 will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95

We also have some products that have free shipping regardless of minimum order, this will be listed on the product descriptions and means that if you order this alone, there will be no extra cost. If you purchase something else that does not have free shipping and the value of the order is under $200, standard shipping costs will still apply.

Delivery time

Please read the product description for each individual product as many of our products are handmade and turnaround times will vary from product to product. In most cases, where products are in stock your order will be dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise noted on the product description.  Your package will only be dispatched from Monday to Friday within business hours, we do not operate on public holidays or weekends.

You can expect to receive your package/s in 2 – 7 business days, this may take a little longer if you live in a rural area.

Please also allow additional time during public holidays and seasonal times when delivery times may vary due to delivery services being extra busy.

Tracking

You will receive an email to confirm your order once your payment has been received. Once your order has been packed and shipped to you, you will receive another email confirming your order has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed delivery or errors made by any third party.

Please ensure that the delivery address you have provided is correct. If the delivery address is incorrect and your products are returned, you will be charged another shipping fee to resend your order.
