Returns.

Honeycomb Living does not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind. We will offer a replacement product or store credit for any faulty or damaged products or products that have been incorrectly sent for your order.

In order to receive a store credit or product replacement, we must be notified within 5 days of receiving the product if it is faulty or damaged along with proof of purchase. Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs to us to aid our assessment of your claim.

Any items shipped incorrectly, remain the property of Honeycomb Living and must be returned in its original condition and in original packaging unless advised otherwise. There will be no cost to the unintended recipient for this return.

Honeycomb Living is committed to protecting your privacy, information when returning merchandise will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time.
